At present dues are 20 US dollars per
year in North America and 30 US dollars per year elsewhere. There is a one-time new-member
fee of five US dollars.
The Journal is available online free
for standard members and hardcopy subscribers. Online-only membership or subscription
costs 10 US dollars per year anywhere. Overseas the Journal is sent via airmail.
